The Wachusett Area Chamber of Commerce will present its Holden Days celebration on Saturday, August 25 from 9:00am to 3:00pm. This annual community event promises great food, fun and entertainment for the entire family, as well as promotional opportunities for area businesses and organizations.  The three packs and troops in the town utilize the church’s grounds to games, skills, and general fun.

The day will kick off with a Parade along Holden’s Main Street.  Additional highlights will include: free Main Stage musical performances by renowned bands Lalla Rookh, Holdin’ Back and  Decades by Dezyne; dance performances and demonstrations by local groups; an auto showcase; and bandstand performances with local musicians. In addition, visitors can stroll through the Marketplace, which promotes area businesses and non-profits; the Food Court; Art Lot; Craft Corner; and the Kids’ Court, featuring family dance parties, the Roaming Railroad, face-painting, games and more.
